Before we start: ₹3 lakh/month is not 'crorepati' money. It's a real, achievable milestone — and once you understand the math, it stops feeling scary.
The math you must know
- 30 clients × ₹10,000/month = ₹3,00,000
- 10 clients × ₹30,000/month = ₹3,00,000
- 6 clients × ₹50,000/program = ₹3,00,000
Pick the model that matches your offer. Group programs are easier to scale; 1:1 is easier to start. Most coaches start 1:1, then move to group at ₹50K mark.
Phase 1: Zero to ₹50K (Days 1-30)
Goal: get your first 5 paying clients. Forget Instagram. Make a list of 100 people you know personally — relatives, WhatsApp groups, ex-colleagues. Message each one with a clear offer. This is 'manual traffic' and it always works.
Phase 2: ₹50K to ₹1.5L (Days 31-90)
Now build a landing page, run small Meta ads (₹300/day is enough), and start posting 3 Reels a week. Don't quit your job yet. Reinvest everything you earn into ads and tools.
Phase 3: ₹1.5L to ₹3L (Days 91-180)
Time to package a group program. Same content, delivered once, to 10 people instead of 1. This is the single biggest lever in coaching. Most coaches stay stuck at ₹1L because they refuse to take this step.
